TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Purpose and Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the use of the website www.giro-shop.com and the purchase of products through it. Browsing and using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions, which are contractual in nature.

3. Product Information
The products available on the Site are ceiling fans and related accessories. Each product includes a description, images and final price with VAT included. We reserve the right to modify the products offered, their prices and conditions, always guaranteeing the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
Orders are delivered within an estimated time of 24 to 72 business hours in mainland Spain, 3 to 5 days in the Balearic Islands and 5 to 10 days for international shipments (France, Germany, Portugal and Italy), except for notified exceptions.
Standard shipping is free throughout mainland Spain, with no minimum order. Express shipping in mainland Spain costs €4.99. For the Balearic Islands and international shipments a rate applies according to the number of units: Balearic Islands €19.99 for the first unit + €9.99 per additional unit; international €29.99 for the first unit + €19.99 per additional unit.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with European consumer regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. To exercise this right, contact us by email at atencionalcliente@giro-shop.com indicating the order number. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Once received and verified, the refund will be processed. The direct cost of the return is paid by the customer (€10 from mainland Spain and €40 from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and international), unless the product is faulty or there was an error, in which case Giro covers the cost. 6. Warranty
Our products come with a commercial warranty of 30 years on the motor and 3 years on the electronic components against manufacturing or operating defects, provided they have been used correctly, without prejudice to the applicable legal warranty. In case of defect, the customer must contact customer service indicating the problem and attaching, if possible, photographs.
7. Price and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna or bank transfer. The transaction is protected by our payment provider.
8. Installation
Giro does not provide the installation service directly. For the installation of your fan we recommend the Hogami platform (https://hogami.leroymerlin.es).
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
